Delegates Martin and Westfall moved to amend the bill on page 2, section 4, line 41, by striking the period, and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“Provided, That this requirement to record member’s votes on matters before the board shall not extend to, nor require a roll call vote upon, motions to adopt the minutes, motions to dispense with reading of the minutes, or motions to adjourn or recess.”
